George Clooney works out hard to stay in shape!

George Clooney has revealed that he trains himself everyday to maintain his physique.

The 52-year-old actor said that he worries that something would fall off if he didn't work hard at his age, the Daily Express reported.

The 'Up in the air' actor said that being fit is not something that one thinks about when they are younger.

Clooney said that when a movie requires someone to hang from a wire for hours on end and act weightless, they will be glad about all the push-ups and sit-ups they have done.
